The GitHub account is suspended, so links to its repos, releases and badges are dead. This points them at the Forgejo copy on git.namillis.me. Links to other projects on GitHub are unchanged.

Removed the CI badge. CI doesn't run on Forgejo (Actions is disabled and there's no runner).
Release badge now uses shields.io's Gitea endpoint against git.namillis.me.
Install links and the git clone URL point at git.namillis.me.

Not in this PR:

There are no releases on Forgejo yet. Only git history and tags were imported, so /releases/latest 404s and the badge reads "no releases found" until an APK is uploaded.
The in-app updater still calls api.github.com (app/build.gradle.kts lines 27-31), so the README's "checks GitHub for a new release" line is still accurate for current builds.
.github/workflows/ci.yml and release.yml are kept. They're the only written-down build and signing recipe (see docs/RELEASING.md).
