source-updater.yml ran the updater and deployed GitHub Pages. altstore-update.timer on the hosting VM does both now, and Forgejo Actions is disabled, so the workflow can't run.

Removes .github/workflows/source-updater.yml and its line in the README's repository tree.
scripts/update_nuvio.py and its tests are unchanged and still pass (12 tests). The VM runner swaps out the script's GitHub-only functions when it runs.

chore: Remove the GitHub Actions source updater ad1c7fe024

The workflow ran the updater and deployed GitHub Pages. Both jobs now
run from altstore-update.timer on the hosting VM, which publishes to
namillis.me, and Forgejo Actions is disabled. The updater script and
its tests are unchanged.
